Still doing socks and making progress. I've finished the first TTL Mystery sock (gold) and started on the second one. It's going much better this time, not making as many mistakes to undo and redo. I really like the pattern on the top of the foot.
I've also completed one Crimple Sock and made progress on the April Showers one. The April showers sock (in dark green) is a mystery sock KAL also. So far I have flowers on the toes, umbrellas on the top of the foot, raindrops and the new clue has lightening bolts on the heel and heel turn area. It's fun to see each new pattern emerge, fun that is if I counted and did the stitches correct!
I found an app for my iPad that I used and found that it helps me keep track of where I'm at, what is next, counting, etc. KnitCompanion (14.99 in tunes) has lots of great features which I am still learning. The website has lots of video tutorials,
check out the introduction and knitting with knitcompanion to see a few
of the features. I got an iTunes gift card for Christmas and thought
this was a perfect use of it! I also got a Colorado Wildflowers app for
my iphone which looks good also.

You are a brave woman to knit so many mysteries!
ReplyDeleteWow, those are all fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI love the yellow one, but the others are wonderful too.
